Most animal shelters get their funds from donations. This means that they can be working on a very low budget. These shelters rely on volunteers to help with day-to-day activities.

There are many opportunities for you to volunteer your time.
Whether you want to become a foster home for homeless animals or help type some letters, these shelters can use your help. All you need to do is contact one of the following shelters and tell them you are interested in helping the animals. They will be happy to hear from you!
