Meatout 2006
Great American Meatout was held on Saturday, March 18, 2006 and was a HUGE success. Over 300 people enjoyed a gigantic buffet of delicious vegetarian and vegan dishes. We also had exciting raffles during the evening. See pictures below...

MEATOUT 2006 - A HUGE SUCCESS!
Fur Free Friday
The day after Thanksgiving is the largest shopping day of the year. This day is also commonly called Fur Free Friday (in the animal welfare world) because it is a day, nationwide, that all animal groups are asked to do something to alert shoppers to the real horrors behind the fur industry.
CHACE holds signs outside of popular shopping areas with messages asking shoppers to not buy fur. It's the least we can do to try and stop the cruel and inhumane fur industry from killing any more innocent animals.
